Why do people with cluster b disorders tend to ruin their own birthdays? They get depressed, they have meltdowns, etc. It’s literally a day about them. I’ve noticed this with some individuals who have BPD and BP.

I officially ended my marriage. I accepted it was abuse all these years. I have never felt lighter. I’m so content with my decision. The journey of healing is going to take some time but I took the hardest step. This sub helped me in my moments of contemplation, and I’ll forever be grateful for all of the shared experiences here.
