Greetings to all of my people, within and beyond the walls of Glacia. I announce a few things today. The death of the terrorist Ayanokoji and the promotions of the new generals that will be in control of the state.
Firstly I would like to begin with a simple speech…
Within this frigid land, I saw a spark of warmth buried beneath the snow. Buried within the hearts of those who bear witness to the fall of Gusteko and decimation of Lugunica. Whether you be countrymen or wanderers we found our way here and into new homes. Homes with hearths and pantries full of grain, I sought a country where my people will be at peace.
Innovation leads us forwards, it's flame no longer fuelled by ambitions of war but the hopes of tomorrow. Work hard my people, do not grow complacent nor grow greedy. Raise each other up for you are all each other have. Develop and learn, hunger for knowledge and success. We have laid the foundations from those at the bottom and those at the top will fight on equal footing for greatness. So my people, hunger for it and chase the destiny before you. For in this winter land where hopes once died, hearts have been reignited for more.
Now onto the death of Ayanokoji, the terrorist who intended to attack and destroy our country. A despicable man who alongside his aide, conspired and attempted to rally foreign entities against us. My generals stood against him, ensured your safety and rebuilt the damage done. He was a resilient enemy but none the less one we defeated all the same.

Finally to thank those who had done so much to build this nation, I offer a public thank you to Roswaal L Mathers and his people. They guided and shepherd many to our open borders when tragedy had befallen you. Worked in structuring the foundations of this great nation, we could not have achieved it without him. Roswaal will always be a friend of this nation as long as it stands.
Once more I thank each of my people for their hard work, integrity and honour. As I have one final statement for you all.
I come from a world, unlike this one it's name Teyvat. There I was the youngest of many brothers, scorned and hated for the identity of our father a man branded as a heretic. Who pushed the boundaries of science without morals or limits. He rose to great heights and fell to greater depths. But in this I saw what he wanted to prove, Archons the gods of my world and leaders of their nation.
Some respected, some feared and some forgotten… My father wished to reach their heights as a mere man without the help of higher powers bestowing charity upon him. To turn against the lines of fate that had etched itself into the tapestry of history. From him I took this mission, to build a nation and to prove humanity alone can stand at the pinnacle free of the gods.
From my brother, Omega he was a man with ambition but in truth he was a lonely brother. Forced to take the lives of each of my other siblings so that an Archon would not bring the entire nation to collapse. He accepted bloodying his hands with their blood for a greater good. I wish I could have met my other siblings but in that loss he found a hunger, a yearning he now realised was borne from his own isolation. I carried his final wishes along with his ashes when I was brought into the world for the first time. And I thank you, members of the Fatui and citizens of my glorious country for accepting me as your leader.
And ultimately, I wished to walk a path of innovation and greatness not stained in the blood of innocents like my forbearers. And I had done so, a nation built on tragedy and grown through hardship we endure.
Take this final creed as I step down from my position as the head of state and leader of the Fatui to pursue my own purpose. One not given to me by others but found within my own heart.
Do not fear the dark, for in humanities heart the flames of curiosity will illuminate the endless night. Hold each other close, for you are more than just your own for you are a collective strengthened in every number brought. And Smile for this world is one of pain and sorrow but in each of us if we find hope just once in our despair we will climb out of the pit the world threw us in.

I have been trying to grow my faction and build itself up from nothing more than a metia and a pocket of coins. We have conquered Gusteko, built allies in Lugunica and Vollachia. Doing my hardest we now have a substantial circle of allies I can trust. But truthfully...

Public Announcement by the Fatui:
After agreeing to a non-aggression pact, further discussions of relations between Gusteko and Vollachia have been opened up. In order to ensure a smooth handling of this and the new immigration and trade laws between nations, within Vollachia an embassy has been established.

A formal announcement regarding the roaming momsters and fears of the Gusteko/Lugunica borders.
Formally we have men stationed at all our regional settlements armed with the most advanced of our current produced weaponry. Whilst our borders are watched by Adelheid Van Astrea, the Head of Security.
To my people in these trying times, we have sheltered you in the dawn of hardship once and we shall once moee. Until dusk falls upon us and we enter the gentle night, we will not stand idle.
The monsters are an allocated militant asset designated by my chief Apprentice Tivey Pearlbaton and it is not an open threat. Due to the rising security concern, including the instability of Vollachia and Lugunica collapse in a maximum of 12 hours a new Fatui recruitment drive will begin. Within the manor at the centre of Glacia, Dottore had taken to a game of chess against himself. Sitting there as he mused each move leaving him deeper in a stalemate, the winds of the city begun to howl.
The crackle of lightning tinged the mana of the city, from this distance? It meant potent power. Looking out the window to the snow crested city a small smile settled on his lips.

Mathers Fatui Logistics Agreement
Party A: The Fatui Conglomerate Date: 0PC (Post-Collapse)

Party B: Mathers Estate

Terms of Trade:
Merchantry -
Party A will provide machinery, medical and logistical supplies to Party B in what is considered acceptable and usable condition without minor or substantial deficits.
In exchange Party B will provide payment in accordance to the last remaining formalised market rates within the Lugunica Financial Administry.
Should Party B be unable to pay with solely currency, goods at the previously mentioned exchange rates will be valid.
Refugee Care -
Party A promises safe refugee and citizenship to all members of Lugunica directed through Party B into Party A occupied Gusteko.
Party A swears to treat all refugees as equal citizens, providing care, financial support and appropriate work for Party B's people.
Party B will ensure to inform Party A of any refugees moving into Party A territory in advance and will help provide them with security escorts.
Factional Agreements -
Party A and Party B enter a non-aggression pact where neither side is permitted to unlawfully take or claim land belonging to the other party.
In cases of legal issues Party A and Party B will collaborate in support of each other.
Should Party A or Party B engage in actions deemed unethical by the other party this contact may be annulled where appropriate.
The heir to ***Party B'***s estate will possess an obligation to either renew or end this contract as it stands and must inform Party A at the earliest moment.
