everyone is able to download the application form print and i am not able to see any button to do it on the shitty website

i also wanna check if my marks are updated or no on the final application form print but there is no button to do so, I'm freaking outtt

when I go to

Addmissions> ugcet 26 application print> fill all the details> it's showing only print claim slip not the application form

Am I doing it wrong , from where can I print the whole form i filled and check if my marks are updated or no(cbse)

it'll be a great help if anyone can help me
