Anyone else hearing very loud music in the North Domingo Baca neighborhood? Second night of blaring music after 10. Ugh!!!!

Short story - I made caramel out of left over whey. It hardened to a solid brick. What can I do to save it? I did not monitor the temperature while cooking it down.
