Sultai Dredge

I put together a Sultai Dredge build! It’s still in the theorycrafting phase and I haven't playtested it yet, but I'd love to hear your thoughts. Any suggestions to make it more consistent?

Hisuian Zoroark Illusion Bait HO ft. Mega Charizard and Mega Ampharos

Hey guys, I wanted to build a team around my Shiny Hisuian Zoroark, so I started the team from there.

The main idea is to disguise him as strong mons that either threaten a Fake Out or a Turn 1 OHKO, which is why I put Kingambit and Sneasler on the team. Since Zoroark-Hisui is immune to Normal, Fighting, and Ghost, he completely blanks things like an incoming Fake Out, a Fighting-type move aimed at Kingambit, or even a Last Respects from Basculegion. It gives me a massive advantage right at the start.

I chose Charizard because it's a really powerful Mega in the meta right now and it helps me fight for weather against rain teams. Whimsicott is my speed control because the team's average speed isn't good enough for Trick Room. As for Mega Ampharos, I chose it as a backup Mega to bring in matchups where Charizard isn't good.

The items are pretty standard, except for Whimsicott's Fairy Feather, which is there specifically to threaten Garchomp. For the EVs (you can see them in the attached image), I wanted a hyper offensive team that cleans up the opponent quickly, so I just dumped them into Attack and SpA for now. They are mostly placeholders, so I really need help optimizing them for proper bulk and speed tiers.

I'm looking for general advice on how to improve this team. For example, I recently struggled against a Qwilfish evasion stall team because I didn't have the tools to break through it, with the exception of Kotow Cleave on Kingambit, but I'd love to get feedback on my overall movesets and slots.

How can I optimize my moves or roles to make the team more well-rounded without losing my offensive momentum? Any advice is welcome!

RMT - Mega Tyranitar UPDATED

I just got to Master Ball with this team, but now I'm losing much more. Is there anything I can do to make it better?
