I didn’t even want Xfinity and now it won’t work
My apartment is apparently Xfinity only so I bit the bullet despite negative reviews about this exact sort of thing. Plugged it in yesterday, worked great. This morning, drops for a second but comes back on. This afternoon, drops and won’t come back on. I switched out the modem, I switched out the cable, I talked to a live agent for an hour. Best solution was to have a technician come out there in two days. I NEED INTERNET FOR MY JOB BRO. This issue literally came out of nowhere and has no discernible cause.
Hey, but at least I can upgrade my 500mbps speed to 1000mbps for only $5 more a month!
