Over Fertilized my Peach Ghost and Habanero plant.

No warning signs just dropped a ton of healthy leafs in one day. This is what happens when you eyeball your fertilizer and do it toooo often. Plus side I was able to get a bunch of habaneros but only a handful of Peach Ghost peppers.

My pepper plants!

My pepper plants. The ines started in Hydroponics are producing. The ones I started in soul cups are still growing. I will try a full indoor Hydroponic set up next in winter to see how they do but not sure the power usage is worth the it. But super excited for all these plants to start producing!

HabaGhost

I used seeds from a friend that grew habaneros and ghost peppers next to each other and now it seems to be growing both Habaneros and Ghost pepper shaped peppers. It already produced one red Habanero type and dint think it was as spicy as a ghost so probably has a Habanero dominant strain. Pretty cool! I am currently growing an Orange Habanero next to Aji Pineapple so that will be an interesting mix!

First Harvest!

This is the first and largest harvest of this Habanero plant. So did not grow to their full potential probably because it is loaded with pepper pods but will still make a fine powder! These make store bought peppers taste like candy! Wow are they hot!

First Habaneros of the season

I always taste test my peppers in a chicken sammich! These were hydroponic grown so was very curious of how spicy they would be and flavor due to many saying over watering plants reduces heat level. Well happy to report that they were indeed spicy and had strong earthy flavor! So I am sold on hydroponics now!

Grow Abby box

I got this grow abby box and pepper seems to be doing good. But wondering if it starts to branch out, will I have to cut the branches to keep it from over crowding itself? And how would it affect the plant production?

Many of my pepper plants will be a surprise because I initially lable them but forget to lable after transferring them to bigger pots!

Monter Habanero

Started this Habanero in this little 3 litre indoor hydroponic. It got way to big very quickly! I am currently unable to use it because the plant roots would not fit through the opening so I cut up a bucket and put it in there and peppers are growing like crazy!
