Interview with Sam - I saw a short clip come across my youtube feed and had to search for the whole video. It was from 6 months ago but I hadn't seen it! Apologies if it's been posted, I tried to look and didn't see it on here yet.

I don't usually have this issue, but THREE times this week I have had customers not understand sale prices. They are convinced they're being charged full price even though I double checked and the correct percentage was taken off in the sale (40% off their items). It seems like they are ignoring the bottom of the receipt where Etsy subtracts the sale percentage from the total price. (Then again, they could do the math to double check, but no one seems to be doing that either). Super frustrating, just had to vent!
