Eclipson planes are far too weak for actual flight

This is my second attempt at printing an Eclipson plane. The first was the free Model A. The second I paid for - Eclipson Model B XL. The first broke into several pieces shortly after takeoff. The second broke in half while I was gently moving the plane. Do not waste your money, time, or expensive LW-PLA on Eclipson planes - they’re cheeks!

Our 12 week-old Griff broke his arm - has anyone else been thru this?

It happened yesterday. I heard the pop and he started screaming Immediately - I knew it was serious. We spent the whole day at the Vet and $2,600 later, they sent us home.

Has anyone been thru anything like this? It’s day one, and I’m feeling equal parts bad for him and discouraged with how challenging this recovery might be…

E-flite P-47D Razorback 1.2m vs P-51D Mustang 1.2m – Which should I buy?

I’m looking to buy my first mid-sized warbird and have narrowed it down to the E-flite 1.2m P-47D Razorback and the 1.2m P-51D Mustang.

For context, I’d consider myself an intermediate pilot. I own several Eflite planes, and I’m ready to step into my first “real” warbird. I’m also fortunate enough to be getting either one at a significant discount.

A few things I’m curious about:

Which one is more enjoyable to fly?
Which handles wind better?
Which feels more “locked in”?
If you could only keep one, which would it be and why?

I know the Mustang has the iconic looks, but there’s something about the chunky, muscular P-47 that’s really appealing too.
I’d especially appreciate feedback from anyone who’s owned or flown both. Thanks!

One more thing - I could pickup the 1.5M Focke Wulf, but that would be spending more than I feel comfortable with.

Be honest - did we adopt a grumpy old man?

Picked up our 8.5 week old puppy yesterday. He’s so great and so smart - He’s going on the potty pads. We couldn’t be happier!
