So I started Tirz on March 17th. I was on it for 2mos and lost 17 lbs. I upped the dose and felt like crap so I stopped mid May. Now I’m back to the beginning with 2.5 mgs again. I don’t feel terrible this time. Should I just stay on this dose for as long as I can if I keep losing? My prescription said to increase every 4 wks but when I did it was horrible. Thanks!
