Found Starbucks Jangchung Lounge R hidden inside a renovated 1960s mansion. It even has special drinks you won’t find at a regular Starbucks, including Espresso Martinis, Citrus Cold Brew Martinis, and Latte Whisky Martinis. Definitely not your average Starbucks.

I found Baskin-Robbins’ 27 Cube ice cream cake in Korea and I’m genuinely impressed.
It’s made of 27 individual ice cream cubes, so you can have a bunch of different flavors in one cake instead of arguing over just one.

I swear the escalator at Myeongdong Station is out of service more often than it’s actually working.
Every time I pass by, I see tourists struggling to drag heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.
Myeongdong is one of the busiest tourist areas in Seoul, so it feels like this should be one of the highest-priority stations to keep accessible. It’s frustrating to watch the same problem every time

I honestly shocked at first.
Raw fish in an icy, slushy broth? It sounded like a total a cursed food. But I was completely wrong.
It was incredibly refreshing, and the icy broth actually made the fish taste even cleaner and lighter. On a hot summer day, it ended up being one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in Korea. I definitely get why people here eat this in the summer now.
Highly recommend to try, if you like fresh and clean taste, you will love it for sure
