Moving to San Diego soon and saw that Andia, a new condo building, is now selling. Anyone know much about it? It's by Bosa development and the architect is JWDA. They built Simone, 525 Olive, and Diega. Any what thoughts are on these condos and even those apartments I just listed?? Debating between buying a high rise condo vs just apartment living for a year until there’s a house we like. Doing apartment research too so would love any reccs. Thanks!

i’m debating on going to santa barbara for a chill but fun bach vibe and was wondering if anyone has any reccs for the area or related areas that are good bach party locations! i think for what i want, areas around california are the only options but open to suggestions. the wedding is in san diego so avoiding that. any reccs on places to go out for one of the nights and any other activities would be appreciated!! or do you think santa barbara is too sleepy? thanks for your input!

my engagement ring is pretty low set (something i forgot to consider initially and so my fiancee didn’t know better). i was wondering if anyone had tips on how to get a wedding band that sits flush without it having a break in the middle. i’ve seen some people make a little divot. if anyone has done that, do you like that? or should i just reset my engagement ring and set it higher? not sure what the better option is :’)

please comment apartment complexes you’ve lived in and loved (or absolutely hated)! i’ve seen greystar is one that i should avoid but is there anywhere else? any price point is welcome!
