Today after an erratic motorcycle and I almost merged into each other he got very angry brake checked me then let me pass him. He then sped up punched my side mirror and lane split to run. This was on Leesburg Pike in VA. Not sure what to do because his plate was bent down and very small. If anyone has info on a hispanic male with a white soccer jersey on riding a black motorcycle and saw him or caught video of it please reach out.
