United or delta ramp at ord?
Currently at united at ord and got the invite for the delta interview event. United ground treatment is pretty bad tbh not to include the pay, but it’s sustainable for the benefits and getting experience. I hear about how deltas pay is better which is getting me intrigued already but what is their treatment of ground staff? And if I do get hired do I stay or leave?
