my discord stopped sharing audio from calls randomly today during clips but yesterday it was perfectly normal, any fixes?

this issue started today, it was fine a couple days ago. it just records everything on my pc and even the audio options where i specifically made them sound lower is now higher. i'm not sure what happened, it says my audios isolated but when i clip its just recording all my pc audio, and i've tried redownloading to see if there was an update and nothing worked T-T
