5 days post the last treatment which was the 3rd time. This just popped up on my baby. It’s like 2 tiny pimples and red around it. Wondering if active scabies or post reaction or just random baby skin flare up. Babies get so many red spots acne etc that come and go and I’m second guessing everything 😭

I’m losing it a bit as my baby is only 3 months old and I’m a first time mom. My husband, myself, and the baby were treated and I thought we were probably in the clear. Today is 6 days post treatment and I’m seeing this on my infants foot which is leading me to believe it’s active😭 in your experience, what do you think?
