I have a planted 3 gallon aquarium with Neocaridina Shrimp and snails. I’ve been wanting something to be the focal point/ center piece. Is there a nano fish that can fit here? If not then it’s okay!

Hello, so this is Fin Diesel! He’s been with me for a year and he’s sometimes does this ever since I have him. The second picture was the first couple of weeks having him but he does it sometimes, I don’t think he’s sick or water parameters, I’m always checking and do regular water changes and top offs. What can it be?
