How do you guys stay motivated to play ? I want to play solo a lot but it’s not motivating playing solo

How do I lose fear as a solo?

I want an aggressive play style as a solo but it’s like I care about my the game to much and value my lifes.i want to counter Brad and oil and chinook but it’s like I have this fear in me. Any tips would help
