I've heard multiple departments were denied BCPs for funding RTO. My own department is currently sharing cubes, not sure if they've purchased anything RTO related during the one year pause but we were told we had very little funds and even had a hiring freeze ending July 1st.

How the heck are departments going to fund this?/ Are they even trying?

Does anyone have an idea what would happen if SEIU is unable to negotiate anything with Greasy G and we reach impasse? Do we have to proceed with RTO July 1 or would it be a stall until they reach agreement?
