Any photoshoot location recommendations- floral fields?

I’m not too familiar with the area but looking for a natural open field with wild flowers, for a photoshoot. So far it seems that conservation areas might be my best bet. Please let know if you are familiar with these parks and if you have any thoughts on which would be best, or I’m open to other options in the surrounding area!

-Island lake conservation area
-Orangeville conservation area
-Forks of the credit provincial park

26w and feeling confused! Everyone around me is sharing their unsolicited opinion about the importance of staying active. So I’ve tried to go for walks, stretch, and do mini workouts. However, I feel like its making me feel worse. After a 40 minute walk a few weeks ago, I felt like I pinched something in my back and it took days to heal. Just recently, I was stretching and my pelvic area has been sore for days. It feels like SPD, but only started the day after I did stretches.
I guess I’m wondering if these pains/injuries might be caused from lack of exercise or is it over-exertion? For context, my day to day is fairly active - go into office daily though I’m at a desk, i’ll get up and move every hour. Plus a lot of moving when I do household work and cook daily.
Any experience with this or advice is appreciated!
