And is kgec it better than jgec cse?

I have applied through ews in wbjee but couldn't make it due to some issues.

So in Round 1 my ews quota alloted seat will get cancelled and I will move to Round 2 as general. CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL WILL THIS DECREASE MY OPPORTUNITIES OF GETTING GOOD COLLEGES(WHICH I MIGHT GET THROUGH GMR) ? Kindly help anyone....
