Are there any small, quick things I can do everyday to keep my skills sharp?

I’m sure everyone knows about the dilemma of AI at this point. We want to work faster but our skills are atrophying yada yada…as a junior data scientist, I feel like I barely had any skills to begin with. Now with my company forcing us to use AI, I feel like I’m not learning much. Now I’ve been doing leetcode, but I just don’t think it’s that applicable to my real job. I don’t have the bandwidth outside of work to do a project yet, since my company is working us to the bone. What are some quick habits/tools/websites/apps you recommend to keep your skills sharp?

Edit: so many great tips in the comment section, thank you all!!! I will save this post for future reference

We just had a big meeting today where we went over some survey results. This survey asked employees for feedback, then leadership went over them. A lot of people mentioned in their responses that our culture has been going downhill due to “silent layoffs”. The leadership addressed these responses like this: “Our company is going through an evolution, and with that comes significant change. Nobody is comfortable with change, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. With AI, our employees are getting more efficient and productive. We need to keep hiring top talent and there is an enormous talent pool out there, with big tech laying off thousands of employees…Some people with a longer tenure here actually don’t produce as much as the new hires, and if we keep up our good work of hiring top talent, we can make sure our productivity goes up, which will help us rise to the top. “
Then everybody clapped at this bullshit. In the moment, I couldn’t help it but think about how fucked we are. Nobody spoke up (I understand, they want to keep their job). But the leadership being this fake made me furious. Saying things in a nice way doesn’t change the fact that it’s still a big fuck you to the employees. We aren’t stupid.
