Will the TIL-I still exist for the 27/28 entry?

the screenshot above is taken from the translated version of the following site:

I've heard from some people that this means that they will retire the TIL, and solely rely on the CISIA tests. but they could also adopt the polimi system, where the main test is the TIL, and they accept other alternatives, So what do you think this means?

What converted scores do I need to be competitive in each major?

Hi everyone,
I am a non-EU student hoping to apply to the English-taught engineering BSc programs in Polimi in the 27/28 entry. My preferences are the following: Engineering science, Industrial engineering, Process engineering, and Civil engineering.

  1. What do you think is the converted score that would (somewhat) secure each major of those (I know that engineering science is the most competitive, so what is the specific number for each one based on this year's rankings).
  2. What is the difference between the early rankings and the other later ones? (I know that there were no seats left in Civil Engineering after the early ranking), So what is the difference, and why wouldn't I apply early?
  3. Based on this year's admissions, Civil Engineering was the only English-taught program available in the early call. Do you advise applying to it, or wait since it is at the last of my priorities?

Sorry if the questions are somewhat vague; I have not taken my test yet (SAT in August), so I don't know what my exact score will be.
