Anyone have any idea how to get this fixed? So annoying keeps flopping back and fourth on every bump. 2020 Chevy Tahoe LT

I feel like I'm doing something VERY wrong. After learning and reading more I feel I've been making a huge mistake the last few years.

32 years old. Musician. income fluctuates 20-30k a year. Last years income $114k.

I have been transferring $150/week into a trad IRA. Buying all mutual funds with Schwab. This is what my account looks like. Should I dump my mutual funds and go towards more aggressive stocks? Any guidance or help would be so much appreciated I am brand new. Resources would also be amazing. Thank you in advance!
