I don't know how others feel, but I often find myself going gremlin mode and hyper-focussing on trying to figure out how a monster fits in the ecosystem. I think ecology is really damn cool, but something in my brain just thinks creating ecology for these non-existant monsters is really fucking interesting, which it is. I don't know if a lot of other people feel the same way, but I catch myself ignoring the game for like, 20 mins in the middle of playing because I go down a rabbit hole on google about ecology. Let me know what you all think.
