I had given interview last Friday ( last week of June) abd portal still shows Interview in Progress. Haven't heard from HR also. What should I assume ? Anyone who has similar experience ?

Last Friday I had an interview round -1 for banking and capital market advise consultant role. I wanted to know how should I prepare for further rounds . Also the portal says interview in progress - so should I mean that I am qualified for next round or should I wait for call or mail for next round. Also can anyone tell me how is the culture for the teams working in this department.
