Hey ya'll im one of the current fellows. I have recently undergone a life threatening medical emergency, and am not in the clear yet. Theres a high risk of re-infection and sepsis, but our teaching academies start next week.

I am so afraid that if I somehow get sick again, I'll need to be hospitalized and miss too much work and be kicked out of the program. I've been working SO hard to get to this point, I was subbing all year its a job that I love, I just passed all my exams, I have no insurance right now. I have no idea what to do. Has any previous fellows experienced something similar when having a medical emergency during the summer and do you have any advice?
