Bread selling man from my childhood
I used to live behind the Galleria next to the fire station, around 15ish years ago. There was a man who would come by on foot with an organized storage container full of baked goods! I remember looking under seat cushions for 75 cents to buy a pastry that had a creme filling that I was obsessed with. I wish i had more details on this pastry because i haven’t had it since. The dough that was used was interesting, maybe crumbly? He was an older hispanic man, I hope he’s still around. Did anyone else get to experience this? I still live in the area and have yet to meet anyone that has!
