Rented a Turo car for 3 months. It broke down in less than a week.

Stranded on 6/2, tow truck took it to the wrong location, and I’ve called support at least twice a day ever since.

For 5 days, u/Turo has done nothing but tell me to “wait another 24-48 hours.” Still no replacement car.

Is this really how Turo treats its customers??
