I'm leaving the rental market my tenants have done a lot of damage, I guess I just got unlucky and can no longer bring myself to rent it. I'm in the process of restoring everything to Day 1 standard turnkey before putting on the market. Wondering if having washer and dishwasher already installed in new kitchen would be a plus or would people prefer to get their own. I probably wouldn't be putting in top of the range but would be brand new if I go this route.

Hi, wondering if anyone knows if the recycling center will take wooden flooring at the moment. I know the one in Clonakilty isn't taking it at the moment was wondering if city is the same?
