hello! kinda overthinking rn 😭

i went to ust yesterday to submit my report card indicated in my cac, but i accidentally forgot my slip

the admissions office still accepted the report card after checking their system

does this mean i'm good already, or do i still need to go back and submit the slip? i already emailed them and attached a picture of it, but i'm curious if anyone here had the same experience
