Orphan Takeover: Compete or Rebuild?

So I just took over this dynasty team and just completed making all of the pics in this year’s rookie draft. I feel like this is the ever present question when you take over a team - run with what you have or tear it down to build your own vision.
I’m struggling to decide if this team can compete, we start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE and 2 WRT Flexes. There is a 1.0 TE Premium as well plus bonuses for 40+ yard plays and 2 bonus points for a 40+ yard td.
Given there are some really good pieces I don’t feel like I need to completely overhaul the squad but I’m torn as I’ve received offers on JJ and Breece.
I feel like I may just have to ride into the season and make a call after the first few weeks but curious on the lads thoughts!
What would you do in my position?
