International standard parcel stuck in transit for 3 months, still no updates or arrival.
Heya all, just wanna know if anyone had a similar situation like this.
I ordered something online, the sender sent the parcel on Feb 18, they didn't state it was going to be International Standard on their website.
On April I contacted the sender since the parcel didn't arrive, they replied that because it's untracked so there's no way to know its locations, they agreed to refund me if the parcel has not turn up yet at the end of May, also they did contacted Royal mail and all they got was a vague answer of "It's out there for sure."
Fastforward to May, contacted the sender again and they said Royal mail didn't return the parcel so they can't resend it with tracked service and unfortunately there's no spare left for incidents like this, they apologized and full refund me the money.
Up to today as June 6 the parcel has not arrived yet, so I don't know what else I can do at this point.
Before you ask : No, the tracking history is unlikely not going to update, because the sender mentioned most parcel they know have arrived to their destination even tho the website still says "About to leave UK", also I contacted Chunghwa Post Office and they said they don't scan this type of mail, literally dead end.
