Why is if p is false and q is true then p→q defined true

I mean logically we should not be able to conclude anything on the validity of the statement. The only logical conclusion that I see is concluding that q can be true without p

Is there some book like purcell with lots of problems not involving too much calculus like Griffith but rather qualitative problems like purcell

Ye hydrazone banayega ya nahi

answer me diya hai nahi banayega but the lone pair is not in resonance so it should form right (and yeah being a salt is not a problem as even in labs salt of dnp is used)
