I have been working at my job for almost 10 years already, and has the 2nd highest position in the Philippine Branch for 7 years already. Work is pretty chill (since i can consider myself expert already in this field) and i don't get bored because I travel around the Philippines monthly (can be weekly if I want to since i can decide where i want to go) and sometimes abroad if needed. Now here's my problem, I am about to finish my Doctorate degree and i am pretty sure that this is the highest career position i can get from the company. After finishing my degree, what should I do?

1. Stay in the company and be at peace and appreciate what I have
2. Stay in the company and get a part time job (teaching) so i can use my doctorate degree but will probably get more
3. Look for another company where i can "use" my Phd degree as a leverage
4. Other suggestions
