Please educate me, may sweldo ang mga mascots sa SM or sa Upper East?

Ambot kun ako lang ang naluoy every time makit.an ko ni sila. I know it is their job, pro may ara gd abi times na ga tindog lg sila and wala may gasapak gaka subu.an ko yogs hahaha. Kabudlay mangin empath kay daw tanan2 mabatyagan mo. Pro gusto ko lg gid mabal an kun gna swelduhan ni sila or ga base lg gid sa tips sg mga tawo na gapapicture? Please respect post 🥹
