May I ask if insurance charges related to condominium are subject to withholding tax?

Why is it that the application for new TIN for corporate entity is not available online. In Cebu, we have to line-up early in the morning at 4am for TIN Application for new business. Furthermore, the BIR put a limit of only a maximum of 20 applicants per day for new TIN business application. This scenario only defeats the purpose of EASE OF DOING BUSINESS ACT.

Isn’t SEC is already incorporating TIN, SSS, Philhealth & pag-ibig registration once the corporation certificate is issued by SEC?

2023 po expiry ng ATP 2018 yung last issuance ng ATP, pero before 2023 nag declare na wala nang expiry ang ATP, since wala masyadong transaction, at hindi napuno yung first booklet out of 10.  Hindi na nagpaprint ng bago, ano kaya consequence into?
