I was playing a game yesterday when I presed windows key to check tool bar but it was not showing at all. So I quitted from the game and then a gray black screen showed up. I turned the laptop off then on, the same issue still happpen. I tried every single method to fix the screen problem but no solution yet. The pc can be turned on normally as I can hear the fans, keyboard and mouse also works. Any solution here ?
