Yoga benefits for adhd

Yoga is tremendously helpful for adhd.

Since I've found it hard to commit to quiet sessions, I do poses when watching TV series.

Maybe not ideal, but I find that even this half-assed practice really improves my focus afterwards and stops racing thoughts.

From what Ive read, yoga strengthens pre-frontal cortex, a part of the brain that may be smaller in people with ADHD.

Just don't plan massive sessions (as this probably won't happen heh), start from a few poses now and then.

Anyone else found yoga to be beneficial?

I think that psilocybin lifts my anxiety and clears my head to the point of me being lost on how to live my life when there are no stressful distractions in my head that I'm desperate to escape.
