Maritime themed regiments

Been working on the next regiments and got inspired by the whalers in the movie "Master and Commander". As I had some Frost Grave modles left over and some greenstuff that needs to be used, I started yesterday.

Making some rootish turnip facemasks is one thing, but sculpting maritime themed masks is a ton of work. And as I got only one little plastic tool from GW (the black citadel texture pen), I realised I get to my limits of good work fast.

But I'm happy so far and guess that the maritime theme points out pretty well.

See my first regiments of line infantery and the brutes: enter crew for the dirty job.

Just started the giant project

I had a leftover from my Warhammer Bretonia army as I was not happy with the giants size. Another day I was browsing my bits and pile of shame just to strumble over this little friend. Couple of thoughts later I decided to use him for my Turnip Teutonic Prussians Order as Monster.
