Please read this and tell me wht should i do

I need some urgent advice regarding my NIOS Class 10th registration.

My Situation -

I failed my CBSE Class 10th exams last year. My result came out on 13th May 2025.

I am filling out the NIOS form today

I selected Stream 2 and opted for TOC (Transfer of Credit) for English and Hindi.

The portal is currently showing a total fee of ₹5,620 on the payment page.

My Doubts-

1. Am I actually eligible for Stream 2 since I failed in 2025 (last year) and not this year (2026)? I am confused if my admission will get rejected during document verification because of the gap year.

2. If I pay this ₹5,620, will my TOC for 2025 marksheet be successfully accepted in Stream 2?

3. Should I cancel this form and apply fresh in Stream 1 Block 1 instead? (I want to make sure I get TOC in Stream 1 as well).
