We Speak Socials- WSS creator club Academy
I joined the WSS Creator Club -We speak socials program and honestly, I fell for it. After being in the program for about two weeks, I started realizing there were several major red flags that made me deeply uncomfortable.
Some of the biggest issues I experienced were:
- Misalignment between the sales representations and the actual program
- Concerns about the claims and expectations presented during the sales process
- Dissatisfaction with the value and delivery of the program compared to what was promised
- Difficulty trying to resolve the issue directly with the company
I formally requested a refund by email. Instead of handling it professionally, James called me directly and threatened legal action if I disputed the charge with my bank. To me, it felt more like an intimidation tactic meant to scare me from pursuing a chargeback or standing up for myself as a consumer.
I stayed calm during the call and let him know he is free to proceed however he chooses, and I will do the same on my end.
At this point, I’m mainly trying to understand if others have had similar experiences with this program or company. Has anyone else dealt with refund issues? Demands and all that?
