Anyone know the email to ask for an update regarding update for oral psych?

Been waiting for 2 weeks and I need to know how to move forward regarding my current job and sophisticated learning

Quick question ladies and gentlemen, apart from the drug test, what else happens during the initial medical? All I have is the oral psych and initial medical remaining so im just curious, Thank you
