Never again flixbus!!!
FlixBus had us stranded for 2.5 hours in the middle of nowhere due to the bus breaking down. I get it. Things happen, but exactly how long did they expect us to wait on a mechanic??? Their policy is a refund is available if you’re delayed over two hours. I spent $140 additional dollars on an uber to make it to my destination and they won’t honor their policy.
“After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to inform you that, according to our Terms and Conditions, refunds or compensation may be considered only in cases where a significant delay or cancellation occurs and the passenger chooses to take an alternative journey with FlixBus or Greyhound.”
How exactly was I going to get to flixbus or greyhound to talk an alternative journey when we were in the middle of nowhere! Makes no sense.
