I wanna drop my black point. What is the best way to do this? Log wheels?
Log wheels seems to do this but I hear people say they can “break” the image. But then every other tool I try manipulates the full image way too much
What’s the best practice for this?
Okay so I’ve had loose stools or ibs type symptoms for like 12 years now every single day.
I never have days without having to poop some loose type stool or diarrhea multiple times a day for the entire 12 years.
I have researched for years now and I’m finally coming around to idea that it’s all from anxiety or an overloaded nervous system. (Same thing basiclly)
My question is:
Is it possible that the anxiety or overloaded nervous system is definitely the cause of I’ve never even seen periods of relief? Like I guess what I’m saying is it seems like I would’ve had less symptoms in times of less stress. Maybe I’ve been stressed everyday for 12 years too. Idk.
What do we think?
I’ve been to Gastros and regular docs and all of the tests came back fine. I did seem to have some so I which I did some treatment for for a while but personally I don’t really think sibo anything but a symptom of the same thing.
