Do you love or hate getting paid every 4 weeks?

I think it puts too much pressure on employees and banks, when nearly all bills are paid monthly.

I’ve tried budgeting to keep the 13th payment as a bonus but with the way things are now that’s become untenable.

Any tips or tricks for budgeting?
