Microsoft Word random auto close
I’m a long time windows user and recently bought a second hand MacBook Air M2 running macOS Tahoe 26.3.1, in hope for looking a stable laptop with good battery life and low temp processor.
So far, my experience with MacBook is great, with two exceptions. First is shortcut key and second is Microsoft Word. I’m too used to windows shortcut key, frequently using ctrl + shift + left / right button, home and end button. But that is fine.
The headache I have now is Microsoft Word will randomly close when I’m using it. If I just leave it open while doing other things like browsing internet, it did not close. It’s difficult to pinpoint the root cause. All other softwares are working fine.
Do you guys have this issue? Hoping to resolve this issue so I can enjoy using MacBook. Any help and advice is much appreciated!
