I'm pretty sure its not my gpu as other games look fine, its only started recently, although I don't remember exactly when as how bad it gets varies

What I have tried:

Deleting the cache

switching from windowed borderless to fullscreen mode

turning off all anti aliasing

updating my gpu drivers

uninstalling openplanet

reinstalling the game
