Are high costs typical for ADHD med mgmt on high deductible healthcare plans?

I got a job that has Cigna. I chose the HSA cheaper plan. The negotiated rate for psychiatrist appointments (for my preferred doctor I've had for years for managing ADHD meds) and followups are a whopping $240 (eval) and $150 (followup). Is this typical for ya'll out there? Any tips on avoiding these high costs? I noticed that doctor per doctor, the negotiated/contracted rate is lower, or higher in the myCigna app.

Thanks!

Testosterone stored at 86°, an issue?

Looking for reassurance. So, I moved into a new house. Stored my Padagis 10ml vials of T in a medicine cabinet. I ran out of a bottle I kept elsewhere where ambient temps were 70-76°. So, I open my medicine cabinet and grab my carton and noticed it was abnormally a bit warm. Come to find out the water heater is right behind my medicine cabinet.

One bottle was sitting there for 5 months in roughly 81–86°F. The back of the wall was measured 86°F, but the shelf itself was around 82-84°F. The other bottle was newer and only in the cabinet for a month. Everything looks fine about the oil.

Any anecdotes out there, I'm good to go, as far as potency goes, right?

Thanks!
