[Black Pearl Emerald] Nuzlocke Mode

[Black Pearl Emerald] Nuzlocke Mode

Repost due to removal. First successful nuzlocke and I enjoyed using ‘mons that I’ve not used before. Breloom was an unexpected star.

[Black Pearl Emerald] Nuzlocke Mode

First successful Nuzlocke. Enjoyed it, learned a lot, and had fun using Mons that I’ve not used before (looking at you Mamoswine and Breloom). The second image is in honor of those lost along the way.

King Arthur

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here. My son is at ~3rd grade reading level, and is showing an increased interest in my hobbies. I am an avid reader of Arthurian-based literature, and a few times I have seen him wander over to the bookshelf and be (rightfully) overwhelmed by Le Morte d’Arthur, History of the Kings of Britain, The Once and Future King, etc.

I recently dug out my first introduction to Arthur, The Story of King Arthur and His Knights by Howard Pyle (as I remembered reading it quite young), but this too is more involved than I anticipated.

He has read all of the Magic Treehouse books, which are at least tangentially related, but he can only read Knight at Dawn so many times.

So, does anyone know of any age-appropriate chapter books that could introduce a child to Arthur and his knights in a more approachable way? In the mean time, I’ll continue telling my own version of the stories… which has been a really wonderful experience. Thanks in advance.

[Pokémon Amethyst]

On hardest difficulty with strict level caps, it’s a fun little hack. Enjoyed myself without too much stress.

I decided to only include final evolutions so that it wasn't just continually the same families... which is why my favorite 'mon of all (Charmeleon) isn't included. That also made Gen II way difficult because so many of my favorites gained new final evos later on. The type tally was a mild side quest, but I found the stats interesting.
